HAUS GABRIEL is a historical residence of Seefeld, now owned by an Italian family, in the pedestrian and shopping area of the city centre, with direct access, parking spaces and garages.
The house was completely renovated and enlarged in 2015, respecting the original appearance typical of the area, with a project developed by the Seefeld architecture studio of Nikolaus Waldhart, and the Milan architecture studio of Claudio Azimonti.

In addition to the complete refurbishment of the installations (electrical, plumbing, heating), also for energy saving purposes, the house envelope was covered with Exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS), and all window and door frames were made of Climate-Housecertified wood.
The internal heating has been realised with radiant panels in the dry solution, therefore with a direct transmission of heat to the finishing layer, in our case to the parquet. Plastering of the walls is clay-based, which guarantees a virtuous exchange with the internal humidity, absorbing it and returning it to the environment in a balanced way, to guarantee a sensation of internal well-being.

All the sanitary facilities in all the flats were built from scratch, both in terms of the plant engineering parts and the finishes and furnishings, selected among high-quality Austrian and Italian suppliers.

The interior decoration was chosen in a combination of Italian design, traditional Alpine taste and modern efficiency.
